The story of Clint Eastwood, his career and personal life, is spliced into the 90-minute original documentary "Eastwood on Eastwood," debuting on TNT Sunday at 7 p.m. The 90-minute special, covering the triumphs and disappointments of a very private person, includes footage from television appearances, home movies and clips from many of his films. John Cusack, who stars in Eastwood's latest film, "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil," narrates the show, which is based on Richard Schickel's book, "Clint Eastwood: A Biography." In 1992, Eastwood won an Academy Award as best director and his "Unforgiven" was named best picture. In talking about his directing skills and style, Eastwood makes an interesting point: "All you really do is try to set an atmosphere that you would like to have had constantly through your career, so you do your very best work in that scene. And that's the thing I try to bring to other actors. I like to bring them the atmosphere that I've always desired myself. That's my strongest point I think -- keeping everybody comfortable." Repeats at 11 p.m. and 12:30 a.m., Thursday at 11 p.m., Nov. 9 at noon, and Nov. 28 at 11 p.m.
